Defenders rebuilt and modified

This black Defender 110 was ravaged by rust in parts of the chassis and bodywork.

Doors, pillars, parts of sills, some frame supports and the entire rear bar had all corroded.

 We managed to replace and weld it all without taking the entire body off the chassis.

This really lowered the costs of the work while maintaining the highest quality (replacement of corroded parts with new ones).

The whole body was polished and now the new door works really well with the rest of the car, where the original paint has remained.

After all this work, the black 110 is rust-free and well protected for the future.
