Defenders rebuilt and modified

A custom project by one of our friends, a die-hard Land Rover fan with a particular affinity for Defenders. It used to be stock and silver. ;)

Together, we painted it a new matte colour and rust-proofed the chassis. Virtually nothing was left untouched. We reinforced the frame and the axles in several spots and fitted the vehicle with an Equipe suspension kit with Oram shocks and hydraulic bump stops.

We also installed Ashcroft lockers in the transfer case and axles. The engine was tuned on our dyno. The electrical wiring was tidied up and adapted for a high-quality sound system, a winch and many other devices. Moreover, we added a compressor and an external bottle. 

All of this was accompanied by a looong list of minor modifications and additions.

The owner added bucket seats, Equipe add-ons (both underneath and outside), an aluminium bed lining and more. 

Overall, it is a quality Defender 90 build. One life, live it.
