Rust Protection

We offer the service of protecting the chassis, the car frame and the hollow structural sections to Land Rover users. Such protection increases the technical and aesthetic value of the vehicle and is the best solution for prolonging the car's life. In the case of new cars is a great way to maintain the high value of the vehicle, proven to work when reselling the car: your Land Rover will be sold in a perfect technical condition.

Because of the technology involved and the materials used we offer two types of protection service for Land Rover chassis: new cars (protection) and older cars (cleaning and protection with the option of spot blasting).

In the case of new cars, up to three to four years old, protecting the chassis consists of thoroughly washing the chassis with a Karcher high pressure steam washer, drying, cleaning any existing corrosion spots and applying protective waxes and Valvoline treatments from the Tectyl and ML series.

In the case of older cars, an individual assessment of the state of the chassis is required, followed by the selection of appropriate cleaning techniques and protective treatments for the Land Rover.

One of the ways to remove corrosion from the chassis is sandblasting.

After thoroughly cleaning the chassis, we protect it using epoxy primers and polyurethane or epoxy topcoats. In addition, we can use products from the Tectyl line and protective waxes for closed hollow profiles. Such a protected Land Rover chassis allows you to safely use the vehicle in the toughest field conditions.
